Client Onboarding Process
1. Initial Client Experience on Brokerbee Website

Landing on the Website:

Clients visit the Brokerbee website and scroll down to gather information about the platform.

Any button labeled "Get Started" will redirect the client to the sign-up process.

Sign-Up Process:

Clients select "Sign Up Now," which directs them to the sign-up page.

They choose their desired package and proceed to the next step.

Account Setup:

Clients receive an email with a link to complete their account setup.

They fill out the required information and set their password.

Upon setting the password, the system automatically logs them into their account.

Welcome and Onboarding Questionnaire:

Upon first login, the system greets the client by name.

Clients complete an onboarding questionnaire, which is mandatory to proceed into the portal.

Accessing the Portal:

After completing the questionnaire, clients land on the onboarding portal page.

Admin Team Process
1. Task Generation and Management

Task Creation:

The system automatically generates a project for the client after questionnaire completion.

Admin tasks associated with the client’s onboarding are added to the admin team’s dashboard under "Projects."

Accessing Admin Tasks:

Navigate to the "Projects" section in the admin dashboard.

Locate the newly generated project for the client.

Review and complete each assigned task.

Task Automation:

Completing tasks updates the client’s progress tracker in the portal.

2. Reviewing Onboarding Forms

Option 1: Accessing Forms via the Forms Section:

Go to the "Forms" section in the admin dashboard.

Select "Agent Onboarding" and click on "Options."

Click "Submissions" to view the client’s completed onboarding form.

Option 2: Accessing Forms via the CRM:

Navigate to the "CRM" section and select "Companies."

Locate the client’s company profile.

Go to the "Forms" tab and review the submitted onboarding form.

3. Finalizing Onboarding Tasks

Complete All Onboarding Tasks:

Follow the tasks outlined in the project for the client’s onboarding.

Ensure all items are completed accurately and promptly.
